Lantern Hollow

Lantern Hollow is the game I reach for when I want to slow down. It's a gentle adventure: you wander a hand-drawn valley, chat with its residents, and solve small environmental puzzles that are more about observation than logic gymnastics.

There's no fail state and no timer. The pleasure is in noticing things, like a note tucked behind a painting or a path that only opens after you've helped someone. The art and the soft soundtrack do a lot of the work.

If you want challenge, look elsewhere. If you want an hour of calm with a quietly moving little story, this is a lovely pick.
